We are based in Oman and are having our operations in UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain as well. Sterling is dealing with Building Material Products, and we are into Channel Sales, and we have a subsidiary branch in India, STG Marketing & Services Pvt Ltd Kochi.
Job Summary
Responsible for driving category growth by promoting Sterling brands, providing technical expertise, and collaborating with the sales team. The role focuses on market insights, competitor benchmarking, and equipping the sales team with product knowledge to achieve category sales targets.
Drive sales growth of assigned product categories.
Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor activities.
Support sales executives with product knowledge and sales tools.
Provide customer feedback and technical inputs for product improvement.
Work with sales team to address sales loss and improve performance.
Promote Sterling brands through marketing and customer engagement.
Qualification & Comp & Benefits
B.Tech/ BE Mechanical is Preferred
Minimum 1 year of sales experience is required.
Salary will be discussed according to the location (best in the industry).
Additional Monthly Sales Incentives would be provided based on performance.
