Sales Engineer
to join our team and lead on-ground business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel extensively (up to 90%) across assigned regions to meet clients and generate leads.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Provide weekly reports on progress and market insights to the sales head
Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively - PAN India (90% travel required).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Good communication skills in English, Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic personality
Previous experience in B2B sales or construction/engineering-related sales is preferred
