Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and managing our distribution network, visiting construction sites, and liaising with contractors, consultants, and clients. You will be responsible for generating new project leads, coordinating ongoing site activities, and ensuring smooth payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Appoint and manage distributors across the assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and site engineers Visit construction sites regularly to promote our solutions and ensure project progress Identify and generate rainwater harvesting project opportunities Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution Monitor site activities and resolve issues promptly Follow up with clients for timely payment collection Provide technical support and presentations to prospective clients and partners

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory) 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or site engineering in the construction industry Strong understanding of rainwater harvesting systems and water management is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and client locations

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
