We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager who is currently handling Enterprise & Government Accounts and has strong expertise in business development and customer management within the Electrical & Automation domain. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build long-term customer relations, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
Mandatory Skills :
B2B Sales experience - minimum 2 years
Experience selling to Government, PSU & Enterprise customers
Knowledge of Electrical Panels / Automation Solutions / Energy Saving / IoT products
Product familiarity with ABB / Siemens / Schneider / Mitsubishi (preferred)
Strong in Excel, PPT, CRM/ERP tools
Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills (English & Odia preferred)
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Business Development & Lead Generation for enterprise accounts
Meet & exceed sales targets and revenue objectives
Conduct customer meetings, presentations & negotiations
Prepare proposals, sales quotations, pricing & budgeting
Coordinate with Design & Costing teams for technical & commercial offers
Keep track of competitor products, OEMs & market trends
Support after-sales service & ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain payment follow-ups, sales reports (weekly/monthly) and CRM documentation
Plan & schedule customer visits and maintain visit logs

Pay: ₹232,102.50 - ₹439,571.80 per year
