Proposal Development & Commercial Deliverables



Prepare end-to-end proposals for BESS EPC/Core projects.

Handle pricing and costing packages, including configurator pricing sheets, BOQ, margin analysis, and risk registers.

Draft contractual deliverables such as EPC/LTSA contracts and negotiation summaries.


Customer-Facing & Strategic Inputs



Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Execution).

Provide feedback on pricing trends and competitive intelligence.

Participate in deal strategy sessions to balance technical scope with commercial viability.


Technical Sales Support



Translate customer requirements into optimized technical solutions.

Assist in developing designs to meet local codes and standards.

Capture customer technical and application requirements to shape product roadmaps.


Post-Sales Oversight



Support handover to Project Delivery teams, ensuring contractual obligations are clear.

Monitor change orders and scope variations for commercial impact.


Key Skills & Qualifications



Strong technical knowledge of energy storage systems (BESS), inverters, batteries and power system.

Ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate results effectively.

Experience in proposal development, contract negotiation, and risk management.

Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Turbo configurator, and pricing dashboards.


Ideal Candidate Profile



Engineering degree (Electrical preferred).

Experience in energy storage, solar, or power generation projects.

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.

Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).
