Job Description

Job Purpose



The Sales Engineer will manage

business development and account handling

for an assigned industry segment, focusing on

engineering labels, die-cut parts, thermal interface materials, insulation, and specialty industrial components

, with backend support from sales coordinators.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and manage customers within the

assigned industry segment

Generate and follow up on

enquiries, RFQs, and quotations

Understand customer

technical requirements and applications

Coordinate with internal teams for

samples, approvals, and production

Build relationships with

purchase, engineering, and quality teams

Achieve

sales targets

for the assigned vertical Provide regular

pipeline and forecast updates

Sales coordinators will handle

documentation, order processing, and follow-ups


Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in

Engineering

(Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial preferred)

2-6 years

experience in

B2B industrial or technical sales

Experience in

labels, die-cut parts, adhesives, thermal materials, electronics, or industrial consumables

is preferred Industry exposure to the assigned vertical is an advantage

Skills Required



Basic

technical understanding

and application knowledge Good

communication and customer handling skills

Ability to work independently within a defined segment Willingness to travel for customer meetings
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
