Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented

Production / Manufacturing Executives

to join our doors manufacturing unit. The role involves assisting in day-to-day manufacturing operations, quality checks, machine handling, and coordination with production and quality teams to ensure timely and efficient production of doors as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

manufacturing and assembly of doors

(wooden, flush, panel, WPC, or steel as applicable) Operate and monitor

production machinery

(CNC, cutting, pressing, sanding, lamination, finishing, etc.) Follow

standard operating procedures (SOPs)

and safety guidelines Conduct

basic quality checks

on raw materials and finished products Support

production planning and execution

to meet daily targets Maintain

production records, reports, and documentation

Coordinate with

Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams

Identify defects and assist in

root cause analysis and corrective actions

Ensure

housekeeping and safety compliance

on the shop floor
Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of

manufacturing processes

Understanding of

quality standards and measurements

Ability to work on the

shop floor environment

Willingness to learn

machines, tools, and new processes

Basic MS Excel / production reporting knowledge (preferred) Good communication and teamwork skills
Educational Qualification

Diploma / ITI / B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Civil / Wood Technology or related field) Freshers with relevant internships or project experience are welcome
Experience

Freshers to 3 years

of experience in manufacturing or related industry Experience in

doors, furniture, plywood, modular furniture, or building materials

is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
