The Sales Engineer will be the primary technical and commercial point of contact for our
clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet the stringent
requirements of defense-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong, long term relationships with key customers in Bengaluru's defense ecosystem.
Technical Sales: Act as a technical expert for our product portfolio, including RF cable
assemblies, RF connectors, and wire harnesses. Conduct product demonstrations and
presentations to customers.
Market Penetration: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within
defense and aerospace companies.
Customer Access: Leverage existing relationships or demonstrate the ability to
establish access to major defense and public sector organizations such as DRDO
(Defence Research and Development Organisation), BEL (Bharat Electronics Limited),
HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Limited), and leading private defense contractors in
Bengaluru.
Bid and Proposal Management: Work closely with the internal engineering and
production teams to prepare and submit technical proposals, bids, and quotations.
Market Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback and market
intelligence to help inform product development and sales strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in defense and aerospace industry. Sales
experience is not a MUST, but desire to do sales is critical
Technical Knowledge:
o Essential: Strong electronics background, and knowledge of electrical signals,
RF signals, and cables, connectors. Strong willingness to learn.
o Added Plus: Knowledge of RF products such as filters, Low Noise Amplifiers
(LNAs), and power amplifiers would be a significant advantage.
Education: A minimum of a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering. A
Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Networking: Proven experience in accessing and building relationships with key
decision-makers within public and private defense companies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
