Sales Engineers
for construction and road equipment sales. The role involves promoting XCMG machinery, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across Karnataka.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Promote and demonstrate XCMG construction equipment.
Build strong relationships with contractors and dealers.
Coordinate with service teams for after-sales support.
Submit sales reports and ensure payment follow-up.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Civil Engineering.
2-8 years' experience in heavy equipment or construction machinery sales.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel across the region.
