The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting DEC Industries' products and solutions (PEB / Formwork / Construction Materials) to clients in the Bangalore region. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding technical requirements, preparing proposals, and supporting clients throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the assigned region.
Meet architects, contractors, builders, and consultants to promote company products.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
Coordinate with internal design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Negotiate and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
Qualifications:
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
MBA in Marketing (added advantage).
Freshers with strong interest in technical sales are welcome.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of construction and engineering concepts.
Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
