Sales Executive
with experience in the
construction or elevator industry
. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, client relationship management, and achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, architects, and contractors.
Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, and networking.
Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals to convert leads into orders.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and installation schedules.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
sales (preferably construction/elevator industry)
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of the Bangalore market preferred.
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / Engineering background.
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
Salary:
As per industry standards + Attractive incentives
