We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient
AI Sales Engineer
to bridge the gap between our advanced AI/ML product offerings and prospective clients' needs. This role requires a blend of business acumen and deep technical understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven enterprise solutions. You will be responsible for pre-sales consulting, solution demonstrations, proposal creation, and client onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how our AI solutions can address them.
Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept sessions, and technical deep dives.
Technical Consulting:
Translate client requirements into technically sound AI solution architectures.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to customize offerings as per client needs.
Proposal & Documentation:
Prepare technical proposals, solution blueprints, RFP/RFQ responses, and whitepapers.
Assist in the creation of SOWs (Statement of Work), ROI models, and solution roadmaps.
Sales Enablement:
Support the sales team with technical inputs during meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
Create sales collaterals, presentations, and case studies that highlight the capabilities of AI solutions.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, competitor landscape, and industry trends.
Provide feedback from client interactions to the product team for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
1 years of experience in AI/ML-based solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales roles.
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (classification, regression, NLP, computer vision, LLMs).
Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and AI frameworks is a strong plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI solutions in domains such as manufacturing, mining, healthcare, retail, or BFSI.
Knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms and API integration processes.
MBA or formal training in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
