II.Inquiry Attending &Closing

Takingleadfromsalescoordinatorandstartingcorrespondence

Working out requirement from the details received thru questionnaireorthru sitevisit

Creatingtheoffer,takingapprovalandsubmittingtheoffer

RegularupdatinginERP/CRMofoffer,progresscommunicationandstatus

CommunicationwithdesignteamincaseofGADrawingSubmission@offerstage

Negotiation or submitting revised offer tillfinalization

III. Post Finalization Communication

Clientcommunicationtobedoneinsynergywithrelevantinternalteam(PerformaInvoice,Payment,POAcceptance,DrawingApproval,Aftersales,appreciation certificate, PBG,ABG)

Sales strategy designing (Advt., Exhibition,Other)
