Role Overview



We are hiring a Sales Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background who is eager to build a career in technical sales, customer support, and industrial reliability.

The selected candidate will undergo structured training under the Technical Sales Manager to learn about oil filtration systems, AMC site management, and customer handling--eventually growing into a Technical Sales Engineer role.

Key Responsibilities



Learn and understand the working of oil filtration systems, hydraulic circuits, and lubrication systems. Support the Technical Sales Manager in handling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sites and key customer accounts. Conduct customer visits, monitor machine performance, and ensure oil cleanliness standards (NAS/ISO). Prepare technical quotations, proposals, and site reports in coordination with the Sales Support team. Participate in sales visits, commissioning, and product demonstrations. Provide technical customer support--both on-site and remotely--for issue resolution. Coordinate with service, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution. Gradually take responsibility for managing AMC sites and smaller customer accounts.

Qualification & Skills



B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering from a reputed institute. Strong fundamentals in mechanical systems, pumps, hydraulics, and fluid mechanics. Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Analytical mindset with willingness to travel and work at industrial sites. Passion for problem-solving, industrial systems, and customer interaction.
Preferred Attributes

Internship or project in maintenance, industrial systems, hydraulics, or lubrication. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Career interest in industrial sales, technical service, or customer success.

Compensation:



?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (CTC) during training, with performance-based review after 12 months.

Compensation
