Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups
Support preparation of quotations and techno-commercial proposals
Maintain customer data, follow-up trackers, and sales records
Technical & Coordination Support
Understand customer requirements related to industrial equipment
Coordinate with internal teams such as design, production, and quality
Assist in basic technical discussions and documentation
Learning & Exposure
Learn industrial sales processes and customer handling
Participate in internal project and sales discussions
Support order processing and related documentation
Eligibility & Requirements (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
Fresh graduates or final-year Mechanical Engineering students
Basic understanding of mechanical engineering concepts
Good communication skills (English and Hindi)
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing setup
Preferred Skills
Interest in technical sales or sales engineering
Exposure to HVAC, industrial equipment, or manufacturing (academic/internship level)
