Requirement
: This is a hands-on, field-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager Role requiring through B2B sales experience in Specialty oils, like Transformers oil/new Insulating oils, Liquid Paraffin's and white oils. These specialty oils are commodity products used in as lubricating oils as well as various blends and has vast usage in below mentioned segments.
Sales & Performance Expectations
: o Sr. Manager Sales Target: Minimum 600-700 KL/month o Manager Sales Target: Minimum 500 KL/month o Focus on high-volume, institutional and industrial sales
Territory Management & Travel
: o Extensive regional travel required: 18-21 days/month
Coverage includes assigned state(s) and adjoining territories
Build strong regional market knowledge and local customer connect.
Sales Execution & Support
:o Handle end-to-end business development with: o Regional teams for marketing & KYC support o HO Managers for strategic account coordination o Support for OEMs, institutional buyers, and medium-size industries o Leverage insights from distributor networks handling competitor products to convert potential channel partners

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
