Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Interaction

Identify and approach new customers in core sectors like steel, power, cement, and process industries.

Understand customer requirements for gearboxes, couplings, and drive systems.

Promote technical solutions based on application conditions and align offerings with OEM product ranges.

Proposal & Quotation Support

Work with the inside sales/tendering team to prepare techno-commercial offers.

Collect site data, application details, and support the preparation of selection calculations.

Assist in preparing basic layouts and cross-checking customer drawings with application needs.

Market Intelligence & Lead Generation

Research regional opportunities in OEMs, EPC contractors, and end-users.

Attend trade fairs, industry exhibitions, and customer meetings as directed.

Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and project tracking.

Post-Sales Follow-up

Coordinate with clients for PO, advance payments, and technical clarifications.

Follow up with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.

Visit sites for installation feedback and basic troubleshooting (non-technical).

Required Qualifications & Skills

B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers or up to 2 years of experience).

Interest in sales and marketing of industrial/mechanical products.

Basic understanding of gearboxes, drive systems, and rotating equipment.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Willingness to travel within India and work in a field sales environment.

Preferred Qualities

Internship or project work related to mechanical power transmission.

Familiarity with AutoCAD or gearbox selection software (basic level).

Exposure to industries like steel, thermal power, or heavy equipment (even if academic).

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
