About Company: It is one of the leading industrial chemicals and lubricants manufacturing MNC. Designation: Sales Engineer Experience: 2-6 yrs. Education: BE/BTech/Diploma Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve/exceed revenue and growth targets for metal working fluids within the assigned territory. Identify and target potential customers such automotive manufacturers, aerospace companies, medical devices, and other relevant sectors. Identify and develop potential distribution partners within the assigned territory. Develop strong project pipeline for future business. Conduct product demonstration at prospective customers machine shops. Conduct training for customer/distributor. Collaborate with cross functional teams for prompt action on customer/distributor inquiries. Provide regular reports, forecasts, market trends to sales management team.
