Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to understand clients\' HR needs and provide appropriate solutions Knowledge of HR software and solutions is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel to client locations as required Roles And Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their HR needs are met Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate the value of our HR solutions Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors\' offerings to provide insights and recommendations to clients Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of HR solutions
