We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient
Technical Sales Engineer
to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and customer needs by providing expert product knowledge and sales support. You will work closely with the sales, engineering, and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients across various industries.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying customer requirements, proposing appropriate products or services, preparing detailed quotations, and delivering compelling technical presentations and demonstrations. You will also assist in contract negotiations, respond to RFQs and tenders, and provide after-sales technical support.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. A background in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering is preferred, along with prior experience in a technical sales environment.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2+ years of experience in technical sales or a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
