Job Objective:



To generate new leads, build client relationships, and drive sales of electrical panels, LT/HT solutions, and power quality products such as Static VAR Generators, Active Harmonic Filters, and LT CTs.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential clients and business opportunities in targeted segments (Builders, Consultants, Industries, Educational Institutions, etc.) Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth in assigned regions. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable electrical products and solutions. Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals and quotations in coordination with the design & estimation team. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, technical discussion, negotiation, and closure. Visit project sites, consultants, and electrical contractors regularly to build long-term relationships. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred). 1-2 years/Fresher of experience in B2B sales of electrical products, panels, or industrial equipment. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented approach. Ability to understand technical drawings and electrical schematics is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Compensation:



Fixed Salary: As per industry standards. Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives. Additional Perks: Travel allowance, mobile reimbursement, and performance rewards.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
