Handle calls to understand customer needs and recommend suitable product kits.
Share quotations and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain and update customer database
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch of kits.
Prepare sales reports and maintain proper documentation.
Support the sales team with lead conversion and order processing.
Answer customer queries and provide product-related information.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle email inquiries professionally and promptly.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
