Job Responsibilities:

Market development for our FRP/GRP Products
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
Lead and mentor the sales team to meet targets
Generate new leads & identify new business opportunities
Attend trade fairs and exhibitions for business networking
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure timely reporting and sales analysis
Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements
