Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and negotiate contracts within company guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, service, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market feedback to management.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience:
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
3-6 years of experience in technical sales or business development of industrial products.
Proven track record in B2B sales, customer engagement, and solution selling.
Experience with manufacturing or OEM clients preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools and willingness to travel extensively.
