Duties
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our solutions.
Provide pre-sales support by addressing technical inquiries and developing proposals.
Assist in project management by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Analyze customer requirements and provide insights on how our products can meet their needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Develop strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective communication of product features and benefits.
Skills
Proficiency in computer networking concepts and technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and VMware.
Strong programming skills in Python and Bash (Unix shell).
Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
Proven experience in pre-sales activities and technical sales processes.
Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions.
Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex technical information clearly.
