We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled
Sales Engineer
to drive product sales and provide expert guidance to our clients. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions, helping us achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products to existing and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Support pre-sales activities including requirement analysis, cost estimation, and solution design.
Address technical queries from clients and provide post-sales support as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Strong technical knowledge of products and industry applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
Proven experience in product sales, preferably as a Sales Engineer.
Knowledge of sales processes, technical documentation, and solution selling.
Preferred:

Ability to travel as required to meet clients.
