: Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential customers in fabrication, PEB, heavy engineering, and related industries. o Understand client requirements and propose the right CNC Drilling Machine solution.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and technical demos.
Coordinate with the design and technical team to prepare quotations and proposals.
Negotiate prices, terms, and close deals in alignment with company policies.
Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and customer interactions regularly.
Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and product seminars as company representative.
Build strong long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Provide feedback to the internal team regarding market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
Required Criteria:
1) Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related technical field. 2)Proven experience in capital equipment / CNC machine sales is highly preferred.
3)Strong technical understanding of CNC machines and industrial applications.
4)Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5)Ability to work independently and travel as required.
6)Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools. 2-5 Years (Preferably in capital machinery/CNC domain)

Ability to explain complex technical products in a simple, compelling manner.
