Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in industrial or hydraulic equipment, and will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Visit potential and existing customers to present company products and solutions
Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate hydraulic solutions
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups
Provide feedback from the field to improve product and service offerings
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (Hydraulics or Industrial Equipment preferred)
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
