Job Description

Must be Diploma or B. E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with min 3 to 7 years of sales experience into Gear Cutting tool business only. Achieve the Sales Budget for Cutting service in Central West India. Account maintenance of existing customers, upselling, and cross selling opportunities in existing customer of PVD/ PACVD coatings. Provide pre and post sales, technical support to customers, assist customer in feasibility evaluation and defining appropriate solutions and alternatives to fulfill customer needs. Submit quotations, Price Negotiations. Record CRM data, customer visits, quotations, opportunity management, planning numbers.

Skills & Expertise

Must be Diploma or B. E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with min 3 to 7 years of technical or sales experience into Gear Cutting tool business only.

Candidate having tool room operations experience in manufacturing of gear cutting tool will also be preferred to sales role, if interested to build the career in sales role.

Must have technical experience into hobs,

Shaper cutters, Gear hobbing, Broaching, Gear hobs, Gear shaving cutters etc. Excellent Communication skills. Creative and open-minded to collaborate with internal and external partners Sales process knowledge. CRM experience & basic computer knowledge like MS Office, PowerPoint etc. Highly motivated and self-driven personality.
