Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned sales targets by driving primary and secondary sales across the territory.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market penetration.
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients across retail and B2B channels.
2. Channel Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Ensure effective product placement, visibility, stock availability, and timely replenishment.
Manage field sales representatives, handle dealer issues, and resolve disputes efficiently.
3. Market Expansion & Strategy
Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets within the assigned region.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends through regular field visits.
Build relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, architects, and industry stakeholders to generate leads.
4. Team Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams including design, pre-sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis on a monthly basis.
Train and mentor channel partners to improve productivity and overall performance.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / equivalent engineering discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5 10 years of proven sales experience in modular supports, MEP project sales, or industrial projects industry.
Required Skills:
Strong sales engineering capability with the ability to align technical solutions to customer needs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
Experience in construction or technical product sales is an added advantage.
