Experience : 6 Monthto 1 Years (HVAC Industry)

Responsibility:



Technical Expertise:

Possess a deep understanding of the products or services being sold, including their technical specifications, features, and capabilities.

Customer Consultation:

Consult with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Product Demonstrations:

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the products or services.

Proposal Development:

Assist in the development of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation for potential customers.

Sales Support:

Provide technical support to the sales team during the sales process, including answering technical questions and addressing customer concerns.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.

Training:

Provide training to customers on how to use the products or services effectively.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' products to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.

Qualifications:



Technical Background:

A bachelor's degree in engineering. A strong technical background and understanding of relevant technologies are essential.

Sales Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to understand complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

Customer Focus:

A customer-centric mind-set with a focus on providing excellent service and support to customers.

Teamwork:

Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering departments.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with the HVAC industry or market in which the products or services are being sold is beneficial.

Travel:

Depending on the role, willingness to travel to customer sites for meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
