Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven

Sales Executive

with prior experience in the

generator or power solutions industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit potential customers in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. Promote and sell diesel generators (DG sets), AMCs, and related services. Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, references, and online platforms. Prepare and present quotations to customers based on their power requirements. Negotiate terms and close sales deals. Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients for repeat business and AMC renewals. Coordinate with service and installation teams for smooth order fulfilment. Maintain sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Requirements:

Experience

: 2 to 4 years in Sales, preferably in the Generator or Power industry.

Education

: Graduate/ Post Graduate (Engineering/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic technical knowledge of diesel generators and power backup systems. Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets. Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are

mandatory

. Good local network and knowledge of the Pune market.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,970.84 - ₹30,359.07 per month
