Responsible for regional ABP of self and dealers.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals for Spares & services.
Follow up with customer and conversion in order.
Attending spare and service review meetings and maintaining a SFDC, Sales portal database.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly after-market services and spares targets.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies for meeting the targets.
Collaborating with sales & service team to align the actions
Collect, analyze information and prepare data for better selling of spares & services
Maintaining customer connect and cross functional team interaction in case of complaints
