To promote and sell lift and elevator systems, including new installations, modernization The Sales Engineer is responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, preparing proposals, and closing deals that align with both customer needs and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
Conduct technical assessments of customer needs and propose customized lift solutions.
Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers, architects, and consultants.
Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and technical specifications for new projects.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals in alignment with company pricing strategies.
Follow up on leads, manage customer relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist in the preparation of tenders, bids, and project proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and project management) to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Maintain and update customer database, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor products.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all sales activities.
