Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Understand technical aspects of our electrical services and the problems they solve for clients

Develop and execute effective B2B sales & marketing strategies

Generate quality leads and manage follow-ups after client meetings

Improve customer satisfaction and drive repeat business

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Travel extensively for meetings with industrial and MNC clients

Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers

Initiate and complete vendor registrations with Government organizations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in Electrical Contracting / Electrical Maintenance Services

Proven track record in selling Electrical AMCs & project execution services

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation

Experience: Minimum 2 years in the same field

Location Preference: Navi Mumbai candidates only candidates (as per company requirement)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,121.75 - ₹31,804.22 per month

Work Location: In person
