Support sales, personally manage relationships with customer through extensive interaction.
Understand the needs of the customer and technical consulting during product selection. Develop customer specific solutions with the support of the group headquarter in Switzerland -
Assist in Technical configuration, product selection & creation of solution concepts for existing and potential customers.
Work out complete offers, Market research and analysis & back office operations.
Assure excellent after,sales support
Assist Personal selling, Expand customer base & drive the sales growth according to set goals -
Actively support and participate in marketing activities (trade fairs, advertising campaign, customer seminars)
Continuous market and competitor analysis. Feedback new opportunities and product ideas
Assistance for sales budgeting and planning process
Gain a full understanding of the products, their features and functions. Continuous product training
Assure excellent communication and information exchange with local and group headquarter providing accurate information and reporting
Close collaboration with the local sales administration and logistics.
