: Sales Engineer - Workholding & Machine Tools (GERMAN MNC)
Location: NCR (Delhi / Noida / Gurgaon / Faridabad / Ghaziabad)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise in workholding solutions, cutting tools, machine tools, and industrial automation. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth across the NCR region, manage key accounts, develop new customers, and offer application-based solutions to manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert inquiries into successful orders.
Technical & Application Support Understand customer machining processes and recommend suitable workholding or tooling solutions. Provide product demonstrations, trials, and basic technical troubleshooting. Coordinate with application and design teams for customized fixturing requirements.
Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and manage key accounts in NCR. Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, negotiations, and order finalization. Offer excellent post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordination & Reporting Work closely with internal teams (Design, Service,) for smooth order execution. Prepare weekly sales reports, visit reports, and market intelligence updates. Participate in trade shows, seminars, and product promotions. ---
Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent. 5-8 years of field sales experience in: Workholding / fixturing systems Cutting tools / tool holders CNC machine tools & accessories Industrial automation or capital equipment Strong technical knowledge of machining processes (turning, milling, drilling, etc.). Proven track record in B2B industrial sales in NCR. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel across Delhi-NCR extensively. ---
