Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics or electrical engineering, with proven experience in selling electronic products in a B2B environment. Experience in lithium-ion battery technology is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end sales activities: prospecting, client engagement, technical consultation, and closure

Understand client requirements and provide tailored product demonstrations

Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical/B2B sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and influencing abilities

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to manage client expectations and deliver under deadlines

Team management experience is an added advantage

Prior experience in lithium-ion battery industry is preferred
