? Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
? Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
? Conduct product demonstrations, road shows and presentations to educate customers on our products and services.
? Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with the sales team and management.
? Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, tendering team and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
? Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
? Maintain customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback
? Travel extensively to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site visits as needed.
Requirements:
? Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial instrumentation, process automation, or related industries.
? Strong understanding of technical products and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers.
? Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
? Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
? Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
