Job Description


Qualification: Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering). Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the companys products, services, and solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements. 2. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, create customized solutions, and address technical inquiries. Provide technical expertise during client presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches. 3 . Solution Design: Analyze customer requirements and develop technical proposals that align with their business goals. Design and present solutions that showcase the value and benefits of the companys offerings. 4. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, understanding their challenges, and proposing solutions that meet their unique needs. 5. Technical Presentations : Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations, highlighting the features, capabilities, and advantages of the companys solutions. Tailor presentations to different audiences, including non-technical stakeholders. 6.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach in addressing customer needs and providing seamless experiences. 7. Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including proposals to assist customers and colleagues. 8. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to enhance the companys competitive positioning. Skills & Key Desirables : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Previous experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role is preferred. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to address customer concerns. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
