. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and relationship-building skills to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the assigned region.
Promote and sell products such as chillers, boilers, storage tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and air dryers.
Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred. B.E Must
Experience:
2-10 years in product sales of industrial equipment.
Strong technical understanding of thermal systems and mechanical equipment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and travel as required within the region.
