Job Description

As a Sales Engineer, your main responsibilities include:

• Presenting and explaining our company\'s products or services to customers through technical presentations.
• Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Creating monthly sales reports, analyzing performance, and discussing strategies for improvement with management.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up with customers, securing orders, negotiating prices, and coordinating with logistics.
• Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers\' technical requirements.
• Assisting customers with product issues and suggesting improvements or upgrades.
• Gathering and evaluating client feedback to develop new sales and marketing strategies.
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating them to upper management.
• Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Training sales team members on technical aspects of products and services.
• Familiarity with engineering drawing software such as CAD.

Requirements for this role:

• Preferably a bachelor\'s degree in agriculture engineering or a related field.
• Experience in sales and the technology field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in engineering drawing software, including CAD.
