You will be working as Sales Engineer, reporting to Sales Specialist \' Product for Electrification business area, Smart Buildings division based in Chennai, India. You will be responsible for achieving order intake and revenue targets and generate new business opportunitiesYour responsibilities Preparing and sending customer potential list for the assigned region / territory to team leader Maintaining relevant data in the defined template and sharing with team leader on regular basis Interacting and visiting the customers for new customer development Forwarding customer complaints / suggestions to relevant departments for resolution Interacting with LBU/ warehouse on a regular basis and supporting for deliverables and product marketing Visiting channel partners/ customer to resolve issues and thereby maintaining relationship with channel partners/ customer Ensuring that partners maintain sufficient stock to service the customers Your background Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in electrical engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in sales Good knowledge about low voltage switchgear products Good oral and written communication skills More about us ABB Smart Buildings digitally transforms commercial, industrial and residential buildings for the highest comfort, efficiency, safety and security - enhancing quality of life in buildings of the future through safe, smart and sustainable electrification solutions, services and products.
