Sales Engineer - Calibration - Motor Solutions - 3+ Years - Mumbai
We're looking for a dynamic Sales Professional (Calibration & Inspection Services- MOTOR SOLUTIONS) to help industries across India enhance their operational accuracy and quality standards and to join our growing team and take charge of driving revenue, identifying sector-wise opportunities, and contributing to high-impact business excellence initiatives.
Location- Mumbai (WFO)

Responsibilities: * Achieving monthly and annual sales targets through strategic sector-wise selling

• Generating new business by identifying value-added customers and conducting field visits
• Collecting payments and ensuring timely TDS compliance
• Conducting market analysis to support profitable segment targeting
• Actively participating in Kaizens, compliance, and safety initiatives

Requirements: * Education: Degree/Diploma in Engineering

• Experience: 3+ years in sales (motor solutions)
• Skills: Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Bonus: Technical know-how in Calibration & Inspection is a plus
