We are looking for a motivated sales engineer with proven industrial sales experience to drive business growth. this role involves engaging industrial buyers, presenting solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. you will play a key role in expanding market presence and building long-term client relationships.
Key responsibilities
Visit industrial buyers to generate leads for lubricants and grease
Deliver impactful presentations and propose innovative sales solutions
Prepare quotations, participate in tenders, and negotiate contracts
Identify new business opportunities by evaluating prospects and market trends
Build a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting
Manage end-to-end client relationships: pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing, and payment collection
Track results and resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction
Key skills & qualifications
2-5 years of experience in industrial sales
Strong track record in b2b sales, negotiation, and deal closure
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
