[ n Your Job Demand Creation for assigned customer/Industry/geography Manage key Accounts either Directly or Indirectly to establish Molex as the strategic supplier. Gather market intelligence/competitor details on assigned customer/market so as to maximize our SAM Shares on revenue as well as increase our variable pocket margin value. Establish Molexu2019s strategically as either #1 or 2 suppliers among all assigned customers. Maximize Molex BOM value content. New Customer Development Our Team Key contacts: Internal: Engg, Pricing team, Product Management, CQA, CSR Manager, Sales Management External: Distributors u2013 Sales and PM, end customers u2013 Engg, Purchasing, Procurement, QA, Management Reporting To : Report to DSM/BDM What You Will Do Maximize Molex position in customer AVL & programsu2019 BOM list Promote, identify and develop Solution Sales Opportunities for Molex. Engagement with Division to establish product and account strategy u2013 TAM/SAM/Competition/Customer/Market trend Raise PDR, justify it with DMF and seek Divisional approval & Support Manage product qualification process, be it coordinating with relevant partiesu2019 for support or providing technical support throughout the entire process Coordinate & conduct Technology roadshow to gain customeru2019s mind share on regular basis. Create and grow CRM pipeline to support account growth target. As a conduit to help build relationship across customeru2019s organization (R&D, sourcing, senior management) with ours. Price management & alignment with division to make sure Molex pricing is in-line with the market and that we continue to stay competitive at the same time maximize our profit. Responsible for Revenue and Variable Pocket Margin growth Full Account responsibility until the first xa0 Mass production PO Continue to develop oneself to ensure one stays relevant in the market served. Continue to learn and adopt MBM philosophy and guiding principles to conduct our biz. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Education: - xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Bacheloru2019s degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering Experience: - xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Have minimum 3-5 years in related electronic sales with front u2013end design experience. What Will Put You Ahead Excellent customer relationu2019s skill Strong organizational skills to anticipate, prioritize and plan to achieve needed results. Self-starter Good interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers & external contacts to respond positively to situations. Strong technical background is a MUST.
