Role Overview
WizPro Group is expanding its
AI Automation and Machine Vision portfolio
and is seeking a
Sales Engineer
who can effectively bridge
technology and customer needs
.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working closely with manufacturing clients, understanding shop-floor and quality challenges, and positioning
AI-driven Machine Vision and Visual Inspection solutions
that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with OEMs, machine builders, and manufacturing customers to understand production and quality challenges
Position and sell AI Automation, Machine Vision, and Visual Inspection solutions
Handle lead generation, client meetings, site visits, technical demos, and solution discussions
Build strong relationships with engineering teams, quality heads, plant managers, and decision-makers
Work with system integrators and channel partners on joint opportunities
Track customer requirements, market trends, and emerging automation technologies
Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
Support deal closures and contribute directly to revenue growth
Who Should Apply
1-3 years of experience
in one or more of the following:
Industrial Automation
Machine Vision
Robotics
AI-driven manufacturing solutions
Technical / B2B sales
Education (Mandatory):
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering
(Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation / Mechanical or related disciplines)
MBA in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality inspection systems
Confident communicator with solid presentation and negotiation skills
Comfortable influencing both technical and business stakeholders
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits
