Sales Engineer -
Position Overview: A Sales Engineer combines technical knowledge with strong sales and communication skills to explain complex products or services and help clients understand how these solutions meet their business needs. This role works closely with the sales team, product engineers, and customers to drive revenue and build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with their needs.
• Demonstrate product features, functionalities, and benefits through presentations, demos, or site visits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and product specifications.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and customer challenges.
• Train and support clients on product usage and best practices.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing technical issues promptly.
• Work with engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.

Required Skills

• Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM software and sales tools (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or demonstrations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Science related field),

Preferred Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales professional.
• Previous exposure to industrial, manufacturing, automation, or engineering products.
