Opportunity to work with the service world-class organization to promote service product with all key accounts. Maintain regular contacts with all customers and develop long term agreement with all customers at all levels. Increase the customer base by getting more service orders. Provide service and technical support to the customers and earn clients trust help repeat business.

Your duties and responsibilities are:

  • Responsible for generating and preserving the service business in the area allocated for the addition of new customers
  • To sell qualitative service product sales and aftermarket to achieve companies target
  • To analyze and identify potential customers for service business prospects
  • Identify customer needs, potential, product and service concepts for existing customers
  • Analyze and adapt new strategies to understand service business and its compliance as per plan
  • Sales Engineer Aftermarket manages objectives and plans through field Service team
  • Develop and maintain new accounts for improving the market coverage
  • Arrange for product presentations and seminars for the customers to help service marketing
  • Daily interaction with key accounts as well as internal and external customers
  • Plan and co-ordinate with product sales team, project and customer support
  • Maintain sales forecasting report for market reach and penetration
  • To keep a track of pending offers and keep a follow up on payment collection
  • To develop and deliver presentations to enhance company and brand image
  • Manager to generate optimization enquiry through Service team.
  • Drive ChP development and utilize ChP sales team for effective sales growth
Experience:
3-5 years of field experience in sales and servicing for Industrial products.

Travelling:
70 % Of Time will on field, for 2 states - MP and Gujarat.

Education:
Engineering Degree , MBA will be Preferred, BSC with MBA , BSC

Personality:
Dynamic personality with excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to maintain regular contact and a healthy relationship with new and existing customers. Working knowledge of English and one regional language will be an added advantage.
