Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions as per the planned schedule
Organize seminars, workshops, and awareness programs for students
Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community stakeholders
Collect and update accurate student/parent information in the CRM system
Support offline marketing activities such as distributing brochures, posters, and standees
Develop and manage local agent networks and referral channels
Generate qualified leads through field engagement and community-based initiatives
Participate in expos, fairs, campus events, and other outreach programs
Identify institutional and local partnership opportunities
Track program performance and assist with lead conversion activities
Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for timely follow-ups
Execute on-ground activities to increase student walk-ins
Maintain detailed records of visits, events, and daily activities
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Assist internal teams during campaigns and promotional events
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-3 years of experience in sales, field operations, or BTL marketing
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Ability to manage travel, events, and field operations independently
Willingness to travel extensively and meet monthly targets
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
